At Nitya Ayurvedas, we operate our website 24×7 to ensure a seamless shopping experience, but our recipient business hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday. All orders will be prepared and dispatched within 2 working days of placement with our trusted carriers. While we strive to maintain timely deliveries, we anticipate that customers will receive their orders within 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch.

If your tracking details indicate “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery status update. Beyond this timeframe, our courier partners may not be able to investigate the matter further.

Returns & Replacements

Nitya Ayurvedas is committed to delivering authentic and high-quality products to our customers. Every product undergoes stringent quality checks to ensure customer satisfaction. In the rare case of a production defect, such as an expired product or a wrong item being delivered, we accept returns without hesitation.

To process a return or refund, customers must provide an unboxing video recorded from the moment they receive the shrink-wrapped package in our secure corrugated boxes. This ensures transparency and helps us resolve issues effectively.

We do not accept responsibility for refunds in the following scenarios:

• Customer experiences allergic reactions.

• Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

• Misinterpretation of product details.

• Incorrect product ordered.

• Change of mind or lack of necessity for the product.

We maintain transparency about our ingredients, product usage, and policies to ensure clarity for our customers.

If you wish to exchange a sealed product for another variant of the same value, an additional charge of Rs. 200 will be applicable to facilitate a one-time pick-up from your location.

Please note that partial exchanges are not permitted. Refunds, when applicable, may take 10-12 working days to be processed and completed.

Cancellation

While we welcome all orders, Nitya Ayurvedas retains the right to put an order on hold or cancel it if it is found to be fraudulent or malicious. We may also cancel orders due to pricing inaccuracies on the website or stock unavailability. Additionally, we may require further verification or information before confirming an order. If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, the full amount will be refunded. However, promotional vouchers used in the transaction may not be refundable.

Suspicious transactions may be reported to law enforcement authorities along with the relevant transaction details.

Customers may cancel their orders within 2 working days of placement. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Customers can complete transactions on our website using the following payment options:

• Debit Card

• Net Banking

• Cash on Delivery (CoD)

Nitya Ayurvedas does not charge customers beyond the final invoice amount. In case of any discrepancies, please contact us or your bank.

Our product prices reflect both product value and operational costs, including packaging and delivery charges. Prices are inclusive of GST. Customers can find a detailed breakdown of taxable amounts and GST in their invoices.

We may run promotions, discounts, and bundle offers at our discretion. These offers are subject to change and can be discontinued without prior notice.

Updating Account Information

User accounts are managed internally by our system. Once registered, the email ID used serves as a permanent identifier and cannot be changed by the user directly. If an email change is necessary, customers must contact us via email to make a formal request.

Other account details can be modified once the user logs into their account.

To ensure a smooth delivery process, customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including House Number, Apartment Name (if applicable), Street Name, Locality, and Pin Code.
