Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At Nitya Ayurvedas, we strive to offer the best Ayurvedic products and services. However, due to the personal and consumable nature of our products, specific policies apply to refunds, returns, and cancellations.

Refund Policy
Refunds are available for products purchased, subject to the following conditions:

  • We are not responsible for any damage to the product after delivery.

  • The refund amount does not include delivery charges, as they are non-refundable by delivery partners.

  • For claims such as missing items, leakage, damage, defects, or incorrect products, an unboxing video with the packaging is required.

  • If the package is tampered with, defective, or damaged, please refuse to accept the package from the delivery partner on the spot.

  • Claims for refunds must be made within 24 hours of delivery with the necessary details (images and videos).

  • If your order shows as delivered but has not been received, please contact us on WhatsApp at +91 96013 18252 within 3 days of the delivery date. No refund will be issued after this period.

  • Refund requests, once accepted, may take up to 15 days to be processed and credited.

Return Policy
Due to the nature of our Ayurvedic products, we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged, leaked, broken, or missing items during transit. In such cases, we will verify the issue and may process a refund or exchange based on claim verification.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped from our warehouse.

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Cancellations are only possible before the product is dispatched from the warehouse.
